The Game Manufacturers Association (GAMA) hosts a professional board game convention in Louisville, Kentucky. Attended by board game professionals and enthusiasts, this expo is more than a business networking event; it's an interactive experience filled with palpable passion and energy. It features four days of seminars, panel discussions, product reviews, and demos of new products, providing a welcoming environment to network and build business with a multitude of industry professionals.

The seminars were particularly enlightening. The opening speech, "The Future Economy Will be Run by Customer Experience," emphasized the importance of being customer-centric, i.e., understanding customer needs and how they seek information. The speaker further suggested that Every company should be closely associated with its target customers, selecting the right channels through direct surveys and always listening to consumer feedback.’ Another key point was to utilize all connections effectively. As one speaker put it, "Either say hi to all your connections and ask what I can do for you, or delete them." Finally, the seminar highlighted the importance of exceeding customer expectations by offering thoughtful gestures, such as birthday wishes and gifts, to surprise and delight them. Aligned with Paramount’s company culture, we also believes that understanding and communicating with our current and potential clients is key to offering good services and products.

GAMA Expo is also an excellent opportunity for us to connect with industry professionals, learn from their experiences and share our own expertise. According to our colleague visiting GAMA, we found a significant opportunity for future collaborations. Many companies are interested in partnering with manufacturers who offer lower costs while maintaining the same quality for both existing products and new ones. This is precisely our specialty. With our years of experience in toy manufacturing, we are confident in meeting and even exceeding our clients' expectations.
